FasTag – How to Get and Recharge

FasTag makes toll crossing faster and cashless. Though cash lanes are available, they are slower. Here are four ways to get FasTag:

Dealer: Provided with new vehicle purchase.
Bank: Available at banks like SBI, ICICI, Axis, HDFC.
Online: Through Internet Banking, Amazon.in, or PayTM.
Toll Plaza Booths: Vendors like PayTM offer FasTag at booths.

Route Overview

The journey was split over two days to avoid night driving and due to family responsibilities. The route followed:

Mumbai → Lonavla
Lonavla → Pune
Pune → Satara
Satara → Karad
Karad → Kolhapur
Kolhapur → Nipani
Nipani → Amboli
Amboli → Sawantwadi
Sawantwadi → Mapusa
